Peter
That was well-kept hotel set in very nice area, close enough to the castle and Princes Street, Princes Street and very GOOD pubs. The room was airy and reasonably priced with adequate heating, I had a good rest. The location was perfectly comfortable, a short walk to all interests. Stopped by Debenhams Cafe to get some coffee and treats, its a short walk to the venue, recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything there was nice and the staff were very kind. The hotel had an incredible location right at Waterloo Place. Further, it was not far from the main sights and transportation, and Rail Station. The rooms were spotless, luxurious, and had some excellent tea and coffee. The breakfast was lovely and the parking was on site.

Really enjoyed our superb stay there a lot. The venue was in a very central location close enough to the festival and very good Restaurants. Again, the hotel was within walking distance of a national portrait gallery.
The staff was not always friendly.
